Shakers

VDL Systems designs and produces several types of shakers. These shakers are delivered into the end market via several OEM’s in the food industry.
Also our shakers are used in the recycling business.

Our program consists of indirect driven shakers with sping blades, direct driven and shakers using Electro magnetic drives.

The shakers are designed using up to date hygienic standards in the foodindustry. All drawings are done in 3D CAD software. The machines are build, tested and if needed installed by our personnel. Assistance for service in the field is also available.

Our shakers are applied in different industries. The functions they can have are:
• to transport products
• to sort products
• de-watering of products
• to use length sorting of products
• or to filtering of products

The decks can be made using different materials like: polished, rigidized, wedge wire, wired, perforated, teflon coating, guiding lanes and combinations.
