Spiral Freezers

VDL Systems design and produces several types of spiral freezers.
These freezers are sold to the end-market via several OEM’s of food equipment.

Apart from traditional sitebuild concepts, VDL Systems has a unique hygenic packaged concept that reduces install time on site. The system consists of a complete seamless welded enclosure that can be installed on site in a few days.

Characteristics of this system are:

- Hygenic design, seamless welded enclosure
- Spiral can be equiped with all known belt types
- Ready made modules are shipped to site, also sitebuild are possible

Optional features:

- automatic clean in place (C.I.P.)
- curveloaders
- automatic sequential defrost system / snowblow systems

These procesinstallations are complete made out of stainless steel. Because the equipment is made 100% in our shop we have an optimal throughput time in our production process.This way we are able to realise a minimum time to market.
From the start of engineering to delivery we can produce in 16 weeks.
